3 cups cooked squash (drained and mashed)
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped onions
½ stick butter (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onions until tender. Drain then place in a bowl. Save ½ cup of cheese for the topping. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on the top. Bake at 375ºF for 40 mins or until golden brown and bubbly.
