1/4 C. Evaporated Milk
1 C. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 TBSP. Water
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 C. Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
In a Large sauce pan over med. heat, combine evaporated milk, sugar, water and vanilla. Heat mixture stirring often until sugar is dissoved. Add cinnamon and stir, some may float on top. Add pecan halves and mix until well coated. Continue stirring until all mixture is absorbed and becomes crystalized on the pecan.
Remove from heat and spread hot pecans on wax or parchment paper. Try to separate them with a wooden spoon as you spread them onto the paper. Allow them to completely cool and store in an air tight container. Separate any pecans that may be stuck together. These will store well for up to 2 weeks and make great gifts.
