2-3 CUPS white sugar
8 large tea bags
water

Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil with tea bags until deep color
remove tea bags and the good stuff back into the pot.
add hot tea to jug with the diabetic amount of sugar and stir until dissolved
fill the rest of the way with cold water and let chill in the fridge.
