1 can solid white tuna
About 1/2 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp onion powder
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 small box of golden or black raisins
Mayo to taste

BTW - eyeball the spices to taste. I like a lot of Curry!

Mix. Place dollop of mix on cracker of choice.


Here's where you get really creative:

from wheat thins or matzoh to stoned ground wheat thins or triscuits.

Place a dollop of Bonne Mamman apricot preserves on top of the tuna & cracker.

Consume a most delectable gastronomic delight!

Repeat at will until satiated.
