¼ C Ricotta
1½ TBSP Parmesan
1 C Mozzarella, Shredded or fresh balls
1 Tomato, Sliced thin
Olive Oil
Lawrys Garlic Salt
Italian Seasoning Blend

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Place flatbread on a baking sheet; bake for 2-3 minutes. Just until slightly warm. Remove from oven and drizzle the top lightly with olive oil; sprinkle lightly with garlic and Italian seasoning. Mix together ricotta, parmesan and 1TBSP garlic in a small bowl. Lay thin slices of tomato on top of flatbread. Drop dollops of ricotta mixture around top of flatbread. Sprinkle(shredded) or place (round balls) of mozzarella cheese on top. *Add other toppings(optional). Drizzle again lightly with olive oil; and sprinkle lightly with garlic and Italian seasoning. Bake for 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted. Watch closely in oven so the flatbread doesn't burn. Serve warm.
