1 Box of Orange Cake Mix
3⁄4 C Crisco Oil
4 Eggs
1 (11 ounce) Can Mandarin Oranges, with juices

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 3- 8 inch round cake pans.
Mix together the cake mix, oil, eggs, and mandarin oranges including juices.
Pour in to prepared pans. Bake at 350 for about for 20 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool layers before applying icing.

1 (20 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Large Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 (12 oz.) Container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple juice and set aside (if icing seems to be too thick you can use it to thin it out a bit). Mix pineapple with instant pudding. Stir in Cool Whip and spread icing over each layer and the sides of the cake. Store cake in refrigerator.
