"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle over ribs.

Pour beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and apple juice into Instant Pot. Add in ribs and pour BBQ sauce over them.

Place lid on Instant pot and lock into place. Set to Pressure Cook for 45 minutes, with valve set to sealing position. (I do Manual High on my IP.)

Personal Notes:
Found this recipe on Pinterest and have made it often. I prefer the bone-in country style pork ribs, but boneless work fine. I usually leave the apple juice out (only because I never have any on hand), and I just dump some BBQ sauce (Curly's) over the top of the ribs before cooking.

I've done a variation with beef country style ribs and Montreal steak seasoning that's a nice change.
