4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 T. Milk or Half and Half
1 T. Sugar
1½ c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 c. Cold Milk or Half and Half
2 sm. pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 16oz. can Pumpkin
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ginger
¼ tsp. Cloves

In a large bowl, cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk, and the sugar, with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread over the graham cracker crust.
Pour 1 cup of milk into a medium sized bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended, 1-2 minutes. (Mixture will be thick) Stir in pumpkin and spices using a wire whisk; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and chopped nuts if desired.
