1 ½ c. Sugar
2 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
⅓ c. Oleo ( Butter or Margarine)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 ¼ c. Milk
1 Egg

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 12 pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
Add the egg and beat for 2 minutes. Pour cake mixture into the greased pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
