3 C. Sugar
6 TBSP. Cocoa (I only use about 4)
1 C. Butter
3/4 C. Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and cocoa in a bowl and mix with a whisp until thoroughly mixed with no lumps. In a heavy sauce pan, melt butter and then add all other ingredients. Stirring continously, bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Do not let mixture stick to pot. Remove from heat and add vanilla favoring.
This will frost 10 layers.
