1 tube crescent rolls
1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp green onion
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Directions:
Unroll the crescent rolls onto a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, sealing the seams and perforations.
Bake at 375º for 6 minutes, until golden brown.
Combine the eggs, milk, green onions, oregano, pepper, and garlic salt.
Pour over the crust and sprinkle with the sausage.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 5 minutes more, until the cheese is melted.
