2 C. sugar
6 eggs
4 C. milk
3/4 C. cocoa
3/4 C. flour
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
2 baked Pie Shells

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat egg yolks really good. Add sugar, flour, and cocoa. Beat this, add milk and mix well. Put in a double boiler stirring constantly until desired thickness.

Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Put this mixture in the cooked pie crusts and top with Meringue. Bake the meringue for about 10 - 15 minutes or until top is browned. Makes 2 deep dish pies.
