1 lb. butter
2 3/4 C. granulated sugar
2 C. self-rising flour
2 C. plain flour (cake flour)
6 eggs
1 1/2 quarts pecans chopped
1 1/2 C. walnuts chopped
1 box golden raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar, egg and flour. Mix this with mixer, then add nuts and raisins and fold into dough. Bake in greased and floured tube pan or 2 loaf pans.

If using loaf pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool in pan for 30 minutes. If using tube pan, bake for 3 hours. Oven tempatures may vary.
