3 C. sugar
4 or 5 Tbsp. Cocoa
2 cans evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Crisco shortening
Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pot, mix sugar and cocoa thoroughly. Add milk, butter and vanilla. Cook on low heat until desired thickness is reached, stir constantly. Then beat with electric mix for 3 or 4 minutes. Apply icing on cool cake layers.
