12 oz uncooked spaghetti
4 slices bacon
1/2 lb ground beef
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup whipping cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Cook and drain the spaghetti according to the package directions.
Rinse and return to the pot.
Cook the bacon until crisp.
Remove from skillet, reserving the drippings, then drain on paper towels and crumble.
In the same skillet, cook the beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt ,and pepper over medium-high heat for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until cooked through; drain.
Pour the whipping cream over the spaghetti.
Cook over medium-high heat for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until hot.
Add the beef mixture, bacon, and eggs to the spaghetti.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, tossing constantly, until the spaghetti is well coated.
Stir in the cheese and garnish with the parsley.
