2 cups dry macaroni, cooked according to package directions
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp butter
1 egg, beaten
2 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
2 Tbsp breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350’.
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain.


Combine the milk, salt, and mustard.
Combine the pasta with the butter, beaten egg, and 2 cups cheese.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes to melt the cheese, then mix well.
Add the milk mixture and tomatoes and toss, then spoon into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes.
