3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups Half-and-Half
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz Velveeta, cubed
2/3 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 slices bacon, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 3 1/2 - 4 quart crockpot with cooking spray.
Cook and drain the macaroni, using the minimum suggested cooking time.
Place the macaroni in the crockpot and immediately add the butter.
Stir until melted, then add the evaporated milk, Half-and-Half, 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, Velveeta, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Stir to blend well and cook on low for 2 - 3 hours, stirring once halfway through.
During the last 15 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bacon.
