8 oz linguine
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 large tomatoes, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the linguine according to the package directions, reserving 1/3 cup of the cooking liquid.
Combine the ricotta, parmesan, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then add the linguine and toss to combine.
Add the reserved liquid, 1 Tbsp at a time, until the mixture reaches a saucy consistency.
Serve topped with tomatoes.
