1 lb linguine
6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and stir a few times to be sure the pasta does not stick to itself.
Boil vigorously until the pasta is tender.
While the pasta cooks, combine the oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and cheese in a serving bowl.
Drain the pasta, then toss it in the bowl with the parsley mixture.
