9 oz refrigerated fettuccine
3 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain the fettuccine as directed, then return to the saucepan.
Combine the butter, ricotta cheese, and 1/3 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
Toss with the hot fettuccine and top with the tomato, basil, and remaining parmesan.
