2 pork chops
8 basil leaves, thinly slice half of them
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
2 nectarines, halved and pitted
2 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a charcoal or gas grill to high heat.
Take the whole basil leaves and rub the chops on both sides, brush the chops with 1 Tbsp oil, season with salt and pepper, and cook on both sides until done.
Coat the nectarines with the rest of the oil.
Set them cut side down on the grill and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, until caramelized but not blackened.
Flip and cook for another minute or so, until slightly soft.
Place the pork chops on serving plates, then place the nectarine halves on each plate, and top with a sprinkling of blue cheese, pine nuts, and sliced basil.
Drizzle with the honey and season to taste.
