1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp plus 1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 lbs baby back ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the paprika, salt, chili powder, cinnamon, and 1 tsp brown sugar, then rub evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Bring the pineapple juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and 3 Tbsp brown sugar to a boil.
Simmer for about 5 minutes, until it is slightly thickened.
Grill the ribs for 10 minutes, then turn and grill 10 minutes more.
Continue to cook the ribs, turning, and brush with the glaze every 10 minutes, for about 1 hour.
