3 slices white bread
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey breast
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
24 oz marinara sauce
1/3 cup Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
8 oz rigatoni
8 oz mozzarella balls, halved, at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the bread and water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Gently mix in the turkey, egg, Parmesan, parsley, and fennel seeds, then shape into 12 balls.
Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the meatball, and cook until browned on all sides.
Heat the remaining oil over medium heat in a large pot.
Add the onion and cook until softened, then stir in the sauce, pesto, and 1/2 cup water.
Add the meatballs, cover, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.
Toss with the mozzarella and half of the sauce, then top with the meatballs and remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and parsley.
