10 carrots, peeled and quartered lengthwise
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the carrots in boiling water over medium heat until crisp-tender.
Cook the dressing, sugar, and butter over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Drain the carrots and stir in the sauce. return to the pan.
Cook for 2 - 3 minutes more, until the carrots are heated through and evenly coated.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
