1/2 cup egg whites
2 T. egg white powder
1 t. Nutritional Yeast
1 t. allulose
1/2 t. cream of tartar
1/8 t. xanthan gum

Form into 6 buns, bake at 325* for 15 minutes, then let rest for 10 minutes. Remove into a Ziplock bag or container and keep in fridge overnight to soften.
Macros for 1 cinnamon roll (before your topping) 33 calories, 6 g. protein, 0 fat, 1.5 total carbs
