4 Tbsp butter
2 yellow onions, minced
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp curry
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cinnamon
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup water
20 hot dogs
1 tsp salt
20 hot dog buns
mustard
2 Tbsp celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the butter and 1 minced onion in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the chili powder, paprika, allspice, curry, dry mustard, and cinnamon.
Mix in the beef and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the water and simmer over medium to low heat for 30 minutes.
Boil the hot dogs with the salt and steam the buns.
Serve the meat mixture over the hot dog in the bun, topped evenly with minced onion, mustard, and a sprinkle of celery salt.
