3 cans Chicken or Tuna
⅓ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tsp Sriracha Sauce
3 tsp Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Rice Vinegar
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Celery, diced
½ cup Green Onion, chopped
1½ cups Carrots, julienned
Lettuce

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, add meat, yogurt, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt and black pepper. Use a fork to gently flake the tuna, mixing the ingredients together until a smooth consistency forms. Add vegetables. Mix well to combine.
Line a wrap with lettuce and top with mixture. Add sesame seeds or nuts if desired for extra crunch. Alternatively, serve with vegetables, crackers, chips or on a sandwich. Stays good in fridge for up to 5 days.

Note: Costco canned chicken is about 2x the size of a normal can, so adjust recipe accordingly if using larger cans.
