3 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup diced Granny Smith apple
vanilla Greek yogurt
sliced strawberries
toasted chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Beat in the milk, butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
Fold in the cranberries, cherries, and diced apple, and spread into a greased 8x9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350º until bubbling, about 40 minutes.
Serve topped with the yogurt, strawberries, and pecans.
