6 cups water
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking grits
3/4 cup butter
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
2 tsp Adobo
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the water to a boil, stir in the grits, and reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook for 5 - 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix in the butter, cheese, Adobo, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt.
Cook for 5 minutes more, until the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, cool slightly, and fold in the eggs.
Pour into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
