1/4 cup butter
1 Walla Walla or Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
4 oz cream cheese, warmed through until soft
4 hot dogs, cooked
4 hot dog buns, lightly toasted
brown mustard
1 cup sauerkraut

Directions:
Slowly cook the onions in a skillet over medium heat until softened and deep brown.
Spread the cream cheese onto the bun, then layer with: hot dog, onions, mustard, and sauerkraut.
