Ingredients: 2 cups milk 4 large eggs ¾ cup biscuit baking mix (Bisquick) ¼ cup (4Tbsp) butter, softened 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 (10 oz) package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained 1 cup cubed cooked ham 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease or spray a 10 inch quiche dish.
In a large bowl, beat together (by hand) milk, eggs, baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared quiche dish.
Bake for 50 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown. |

Notes: Found this on Allrecipes a number of years ago and it's so versatile. Great for brunch or dinner and my family loves it.
I recommend placing the quiche dish on a foil lined cookie sheet in case of any spillover while baking.
You can substitute various veggies, shredded cheeses and other or no protein depending on preference or what you have on hand. I always add in freshly ground pepper to taste before baking and often use grated gouda instead of cheddar.
My husband doesn't eat beef or pork so I omit the ham. If making this for a simple dinner, I usually serve it alongside an interesting flavor of chicken or turkey sausage.
