¼ cup Butter, softened
½ cup Granulated Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1½ tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
⅓ cup Milk
2 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen

Topping:
⅓ cup Granulated Sugar
⅓ cup All-purpose Flour
¼ cup Butter, softened
½ tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well. Beat in egg. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and mix. Spread into a greased 8x8 inch. pan. Spread blueberries over top.
Topping: Mix all 4 ingredients together until crumbly. Scatter the crumbs over the blueberries. Bake at 350ºF for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. Should show signs of pulling away from the edge of the pan.
Works for cupcakes as well.
