1lb ground turkey
4 cups potatoes (yellow or gold- diced small)
8 oz tomato sauce
.5 cup water
2 tsp minced garlic
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
.5 tsp garlic powder
.5 tsp chili powder
1.5 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
.5 tsp dried parsley
.5 tsp onion powder

Directions:

1. Add ground turkey to skillet on stovetop. Cook on medium-high heat until browned.
2. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and oregano.
3. Remove from pan, set aside.
4. Add the oil to the pan until hot.
5. Add diced potatoes. Sauté on medium high heat, stirring occasionally until potatoes have browned.
6. Reduce heat to medium. Add the cooked ground turkey, tomato sauce, water, minced garlic, basil, parsley, and onion powder.
7. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Serve over roasted vegetables, rice, or eat on it's own!
