1½ cup Oreo crumbs
¼ cup Butter, melted

Filling:
4 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Sour Cream
4 L Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup White Chips
½ cup Chocolate Chips
½ cup Dark Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs and butter. Press in 9 inch springform pan and bake at 350ºF for 4 minutes. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add in sugar and sour cream mix again. Add in vanilla and eggs one at a time. Divide cream cheese mixture into 3 separate bowls. Melt chocolate chips in separate bowls and mix each in one bowl of cream cheese mixture. Pour dark chocolate cream cheese on crust, then spoon on the milk cream cheese mixture, next spoon on white cream cheese mixture. (Try not to mix them) Set springform pan into deep roasting pan and pour in roughly 1½ inch of hot water. Bake at 320º for 60-75 minutes or until cheesecake center wobbles slightly when you tap the pan. Cool over night and top with pecans and chocolate.
