½ cup Sugar, caramelized

Flan:
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (La Lechera)
1 can Evaporated Milk
½ cup Whipping Cream
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla

Cake:
1 box Chocolate Cake, mix as per direction on box

Directions:
Directions:
Melt sugar in a pan over medium heat until caramel in color. Pour into a Bundt pan or desired deep baking dish.
Flan: Blend all ingredients well and pour over caramelized sugar.
Cake: Mix cake mix as per direction on package and pour batter over the flan. The flan and cake mix will separate during baking. Place the baking dish into a larger baking dish, fill the larger pan half way with hot water, (water bathing the cake while baking). Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes or more
