4 tbsp. butter
6 large eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1-2 tsp. vanilla extract
powdered sugar
syrup, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Cut up the butter and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Put the pan in the oven while it is preheating to melt the butter. Mix in a blender or with a hand mixer the eggs, milk, flour and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture into the pan over the melted butter. Bake for 23-27 minutes until brown and will be fluffy. Sprinkle a generous amount of powdered sugar on the top. Syrup is optional and can be served when plated.
