1 lb. pork sausage
onion, optional
peppers, optional
6-8 eggs
salt
pepper
garlic, optional
1 - 8 count tube of flakey biscuits
1 pkg. (2 c.) shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 - 2 c. pkgs. of country gravy mix
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown sausage, add onion and peppers if desired. Beat eggs and add spices; set aside. Cut biscuits into quarters and spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan. In a separate medium saucepan, make the gravy according to the package directions. (Milk is good for thickness.) Put the sausage mixture on top of the biscuits. Pour eggs evenly over sausage and biscuits. Next, sprinkle the cheese over the top. Take 1/2 of the gravy and evenly dispense over everything. Place in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through. Use the rest of the gravy for those who want more over their portion.
