2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c, light brown sugar (packed)
6 eggs
3 c. All Purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Ghirardelli Cocoa
1 c. milk or buttermilk
1 TBSP coffee extract
1 TBSP vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Milk, butter and eggs should be at room temp.
Cream butter, shortening and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and beat one at a time. Add flavorings. Sift flour and baking soda together in a separate bowl, add cocoa and stir with a whisp until thoroughly combined with flour. Add flour and milk to cake batter, beginning with flour and ending with flour. Pour into a well greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 min. or until cake tester comes our clean. Do not overbake. Remove from pan when done and cool on rack.
