1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb ground beef

For the Sauce:
12 oz can evaporated milk
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp white vinegar, or as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350'.
Combine the salt, oregano, flour, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Using your hands, blend the spices into the ground beef.
Pick up the meat and throw it down with force about 20 times, kneading it after each throw, then form into a loaf.
Bake on a broiler pan at 350º for 1 hour 15 minutes, turning over about halfway through.

For the Sauce:
Mix together the evaporated milk, sugar, and garlic powder.
Gradually whisk in the white vinegar, adding 1 teaspoon at a time, until thickened to your desired consistency.

Slice and serve on flatbread or in pita bread with the sauce over it and tomatoes, lettuce, and sliced cucumbers.
