1 egg
1/2 C milk
1/2 C ketchup
1 onion (chopped)
1.5 lbs. ground beef
1 C breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
3-4 strips of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the bacon.
Use hands to mush and mix until well combined.
Wear latex gloves if you don't want meatloaf hands.
Form into loaf and place in lightly greased 9 X 13 baking dish.
Cover top of loaf with a thick layer of ketchup.
Add strips of bacon to top of meatloaf.
If you want bacon well done, pre-cook bacon about half-way before adding to the top.
Cook for 1 hour.
