Large White Potatoes-same size
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Milk
Potato Ricer-Utensil

John Scott version: add in sour cream and cream cheese

Directions:

Scrub Potato Skins
Dry potatoes
Poke 3 times with fork
Do not wrap in foil!
Bake at 350 degrees for at least 1.5. hours until soft
Let cool and then cut potatoes in half.
Scoop out inside from skin
Put potato center through the ricer (3 at a time)
Mash riced potatoes adding butter, salt, pepper and small amount of milk
John Scott version: add in the sour cream and cream cheese
The smaller amount of milk, the firmer potato mash stays.
Add mash back into potato skins.
Reheat potatoes for 30 minutes at 350 degrees before you are ready to serve.
