For the Cinnamon Filling:
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

For the Pancakes:
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp oil

For the Filling:
Stir together the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Scoop into a heavy Ziploc bag and set aside.

For the Glaze:
Heat the butter over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat and whisk in the cream cheese until almost smooth.

Sift the powdered sugar into the pan, stir, and add the vanilla.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, egg, and oil and stir just until the batter is moistened.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Pour batter by 1/3-cupfuls onto the skillet and spread into a 4-inch circle.
Reduce heat to medium-low and snip the tip from the corner of a Ziploc bag.
When the pancake begins to bubble, add the filling starting at the center and swirling out.
When ready, flip and cook on the other side.
Wipe the pan out with a paper towel and repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
Serve topped with a drizzle of glaze.
