3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar and cocoa until will blended. In a warm pot, combine all ingredients and cook on low heat until a few drops placed on a saucer will hold without falling off.
