1 box Duncan Hines Devil food cake mix
3/4 c, evaporated milk
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
3 large eggs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Place on cooling rack. Makes 3 layers.

8 oz. creamcheese at room temp
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
16 oz. cool whip
3 reg. size Hersey Bars (1 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Freeze Hersey bars, when completely frozen, grate into fine pieces.
With mixer, combine creamcheese and sugars together, beat until smooth. Stir Cool Whip and Hersey bars into the mixture. Spread icing on cake layers and store in refrigerator.
