1 cup milk
2 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups instant potatoes
1 cup sour cream
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, water, butter, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Add the instant potatoes and whip until mixed well. Add sour cream and cream cheese and whip together. Butter a 9x9 pan and pour in potato mixture. Top with cheddar cheese (approx 4 ounces). Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Double the recipe for 9x13 pan.
