3 large croissants, about 5 inches
8 oz chopped or diced cooked ham
1 1/4 cups shredded swiss cheese
6 eggs
1 cup Half-and-Half
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp dry mustard
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:

Halve the croissants lengthwise then cut each half into 1-inch pieces.
Arrange the croissant pieces in the bottom of a greased 10-inch glass deep dish pie plate.
Sprinkle with the ham and cheese.
Beat together the eggs, Half-and-Half, honey, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Pour the mixture over the casserole and press into the croissant pieces to moisten completely.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours but no more than 24 hours.
Bake, covered, at 325º for 35 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 25 - 30 minutes more, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
