3 (10-inch) flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup milk
6 slices bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb sliced deli roast beef
2 cups salad greens mix
2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin



Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, milk, bacon, chives, and pepper.
Spread 1/3 of the mixture over each tortilla.
Then layer with the roast beef, salad mix, and tomatoes, leaving 4 inches at one side covered only with the cream cheese.
Roll each tightly, beginning with the filled side.
Cut the ends without filling from each roll, then cut the remaining rolls into slices.
Serve immediately or wrap securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate no more than 24 hours.
