2 lbs penne pasta (32 oz)
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
Drain, reserving 1 cup of the water.
Heat the whipping cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir in the Velveeta and cheddar and cook, constantly stirring and scraping the bottom of the pan, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
Pour the cheese sauce over the penne and stir until the pasta is completely coated.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta liquid and stir.
Serve hot.
