Parmesan Garlic Ramen Recipe

3 pkg ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
oil
3 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the noodles according to the package directions.
Drain, but save 1 cup of the water.
Toss the noodles with a little olive oil.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the noodles and toss to coat.
Stir in the parmesan and about 1/2 cup of the reserved cooking water to make a sauce.
Gradually stir in more water if the sauce is too thick.
Garnish with the parsley to serve.
