Fruit Salsa


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1-2 pounds chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen, depending on the season)
1-2 cutie oranges, peeled and chopped
10-12 kiwis, peeled and chopped
1 – 8 ounce can of unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sugar (or more if too tart)

Combine and refrigerate until serving.
 

Cinnamon Chips


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 package flour tortillas
½ - 1 C butter, melted
Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1 Tbls sugar to 1 tsp cinnamon. (Will need more than this, that is the ratio to use) Brush tortilla w/ butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture over butter, making sure to sprinkle all the way to the edge of the tortilla. Cut into 8 wedges or strips and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp. Repeat for all tortillas. Place in large bowl with a paper towel in the bottom.

Enjoy with the fruit salsa. Or enjoy the salsa over homemade ice cream or with toasted baguettes.
